shipping + returns
I will always endeavour to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and as promptly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside our control.
UK and US Shipping Rates
There is no additional charge for shipping within the UK and US. Shipping times are approximately 1-5 days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to almost all locations globally.
Shipping to EU countries is charged at £14.99. Shipping times are approximately 2–11 days after dispatch.
Outside of the EU, shipping is charged at £24.99. Shipping times depend on destination but are usually 7-21 days after dispatch.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nikki Osborne Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@nikkiosborneart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not advise using a P.O. box as a shipping address. Many couriers are unable to deliver to these and our framed prints and canvases are usually too big to go to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
My prints are made to order especially for you, however, your satisfaction is paramount.
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me at hello@nikkiosborneart.com within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer.
